Return/Refund Policy 

Quality Pet Products insists that all of our customers are fully satisfied with our products. Therefore, if a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, the customer may return partially used product within 90 days of purchase for full refund, less shipping and handling, …no questions asked. Customer must call 401-333-1522  to get ATR (approval to return number) and return address prior to returning product. Refund will be made within 5 business days of product return. 

Shipping Information 

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise purchased. 

Orders received on regular business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST) will be processed (pending credit card approval) within 48 hours and shipped within 2 - 5 business days. 

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be shipped out within 48 hours of the following business day. We ship USPS within the Continental United States and all other locations. 

International Shipping

We will ship anywhere you request. Import duties, taxes and chargers are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
